Items eligible for return must be in the same condition as received, with new items still in their original retail packaging.

You can start a return by logging into your account, from your original order page or by simply contacting us via email,  care@thedollhouseshop.com.

We will provide a return shipping label.

Please use the original packaging or equivalent to protect the items from damage during transit. Use the provided return shipping label for all returns or exchanges.

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send an email notification and process your refund.

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5 - 10 business days post-return, subject to banking procedures.

Responsibility for the return or exchange remains with the customer until received by our store. Please be aware that all shipping costs and delivery fees will be subtracted from the refund total.

Gift Returns

If the item was designated as a gift at the time of purchase and sent directly to you, a store credit will be issued for the amount spent by the original purchaser or gift giver upon the return of the item(s). After we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to your email.
