To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. If the item was new it must also be in the original packaging.

You are responsible for any returns or exchanges until the items are in our possession. Ship the items back using the original or similar packaging materials to protect them from damage during transit.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and original shipping paid by our store to ship your order will not be refunded. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. All returns and exchanges must be shipped using the return shipping label provided to you upon approval.

We will email you once your return has been received and your refund has been processed. 

You can expect your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days after we receive your return. This is to allow for bank processing times - not a delay on our end.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a store credit for the price paid by the original buyer / gift giver for the return item(s). Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
