What is your Return Policy?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee even if you just changed your mind. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. You cover return shipping costs, and original shipping is non-refundable. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. What is your shipping policy?
We calculate shipping costs based on the weight of your package to your location, based on your zip/post code and country.
We aim to ship within 3 business days, sometimes during peak season (Oct - Dec) this can take longer.
Please note that the buyer is responsible for any tariffs, taxes, fees, and duties associated with the shipment.

Is the item in the photo the item that I will receive?
For The Dollhouse Shop we use stock images. The item in the photo is not the one you will receive however, it will be in excellent condition just like the photo. Gently used as shown in the image - No Bite marks, No Broken Pieces, No Discoloration and No Fine Print.
For the Dollhouse Shop Outlet the images you see are of the item you will receive and all damage and wear will be shown and described in the listing to the best of our abilities.
The items look so perfect. Do they really look like this?
Yes. We aren't here to trick our customers into buying from our store.
We just sell a lot of the same item in excellent condition so it's better to focus our energy on taking images of the imperfect pieces for sale in the Outlet Shop.
Are you affiliated with any other stores on Mercari or Ebay?
We are the original, The Dollhouse Shop. We only trade under one name - The Dollhouse Shop. You can find us on Ebay, Mercari, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Amazon.
We are not affiliated with any other sellers or store names, and we watermark all of our images to avoid confusion.
Beware of sellers that try to copy our listing style. We are not the same!
Do you have a physical store location I can visit?
No. We are an online only business. We do not have a physical storefront.

We want this to be an easy experience for you.
We do not expect world class photography skills or 500 photos of your items. We need clear, well lit images so we can assess the items for damage. Multiple items per photo is fine. We do not buy dolls with missing body parts or with bite marks.
