Who Can Start a Return?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. If the item was new, it must also be in the original manufacturers packaging.
New items that are opened or damaged may be denied a refund or exchange.
The Dollhouse Shop reserves the right to deny returns, refunds, and exchanges, including but not limited to cases of fraud, suspected fraud, or abuse.
How to Start a Return?
You can start a return by logging into your account, from your original order page or by simply contacting us via email, care@thedollhouseshop.com.
How Should I Return My Purchase?
All returns and exchanges must be shipped using the return shipping label we will provide once your return has been approved.
Ship the items back using the original or similar packaging materials to protect them from damage during transit.
We gladly offer free return shipping on all domestic purchases however, original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be refunded.
Please note that returned items are your responsibility until they arrive safely with us at The Dollhouse Shop.
International Returns
We are happy to accept returns from international customers, however, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and any duties or customs fees paid at the time of delivery are non-refundable.
To initiate a return, please contact us at care@thedollhouseshop.com within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the same condition as received. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
When Will I Receive My Refund?
We will email you once your return has been received and your refund has been processed.
You can expect your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 - 7 business days after we receive your return. This is to allow for bank processing times - not a delay on our end.
What If It's Been More Than 30 Days?
After 30 days from date of purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange, but we will always listen to your feedback so contact us with your concerns at feedback@thedollhouseshop.com
Gift Returns
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a store credit for the price paid by the original buyer / gift giver for the return item(s). Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
