Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping costs are determined by the weight of your package and your delivery location. To see your specific shipping options:

  • Add your desired items to your shopping cart.
  • Proceed to checkout—no account registration is required to view your shipping estimate.
  • Enter your zip/post code and country to see available carriers and delivery speeds.
  • All orders over $600 will require an adult signature upon delivery.

Delivery Timelines

The shipping estimate provided at checkout is your best guide for delivery. This estimate includes our internal processing time, giving you a comprehensive window for when to expect your package.

Order Tracking & Email Updates

Once your order has been carefully packed and a shipping label is created, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number.

To Receive Updates: Please check the email marketing opt-in box at checkout and add care@thedollhouseshop.com to your contact list. This ensures our notifications land safely in your inbox.

International Orders

We proudly ship worldwide. Please note:

  • Customer Responsibility: International buyers are responsible for all tariffs, taxes, fees, and duties required by their country.
  • Collection: These fees are not collected at the time of purchase and must be paid upon arrival.
  • All orders over $600 will require an adult signature upon delivery.

Please note: USPS First Class International Package service is only available on orders under $400 with a combined weight of less than 4lbs and box dimensions no longer than 12 inches. This is a USPS limitation. For larger international orders, please contact us if you would like assistance placing your order.
